Participate in software design, development, testing , maintenance and deployment of OpenText TeamSite applications in support of consumer facing websites.
Troubleshoot issues and provide support during publishing of content in multiple environments.
Understanding of translations and configurations to add or customize locales.
Develop workflows, templates and any customization of TeamSite/LiveSite applications.
Provide guidance in learning and implementing best practices of CMS applications.
Create one time job solutions by using automated scripts to capture content requirements.
Provide support in production issues to resolve.
Proactively support users and drive continuous improvement to TeamSite CMS applications.
Participate in SCRUM calls and provide daily updates.
Identify and resolve performance related issues.
