Incentives and Rules

If a KLNtek employee refers a candidate to an open KLNtek Position, they may be eligible for a referral bonus of $500.00! If you would like to refer a candidate for employment with KLNtek , please complete the Employee Referral Form available in the Human Resource Office. If the candidate you refer to KLNtek is (1) hired and (2) stays with KLNtek for ninety (90) days or more, KLNtek will give you a referral bonus of $500.00. You will receive your bonus after the new staff member has worked 90 consecutive days.

Retroactive submissions are not eligible

The Employee Referral Form must be submitted no later than the new staff member's first day of work. KLNtek is seeking Programmer Analysts, Senior Programmer Analysts, Project Analysts and IT Project Managers for multiple positions with different experience and education levels in Arcadia, CA. Travel and/or relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. required. Some positions require Bachelor’s and experience other positions require Master’s and experience . These positions report to Raju Kalidhinidi, President. If you are an internal candidate you will be asked to develop and submit a resume and cover letter which should include your current skills as they relate to the position's primary functions and detail your education and experience If you would like to suggest a candidate through KLNtek’s Employee Referral Program, please reference the attached an “Employee Referral Form” from Human Resources and submit it along with the candidate’s resume.
